8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos to back up your claim and contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup location, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer prefers a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
